Michael Woodcock
Mick has an engineering background and a lifelong interest in military history, both WWI and WWII. He is a committee member of the Merville Battery Museum, his late father being a veteran of the assault on D-Day of the Battery. He has been guiding tours to D-Day and Fortress Europe since 1999.
Carl Shilleto
Carl also has an engineering background and took early retirement to become a mature student. Having gained his degree, he is now a full time historian and has written a number of books on WWII. He has been guiding Leger tours since 1998.
Jim Rutter
Jim is a former postal worker with a specialised knowledge of the Battle of the Bulge. He retired a few years ago and since then has been guiding Leger tours to the Ardennes on a regular basis.
Iain McHenry
Iain served for 16 years in the Royal Military Police. For more than 5 years he was based in Mons, which gave him the chance to explore the WWI battlefields in depth during his spare time. Iain has a private pilot's license and has explored Flanders from the air. His special interests in WWI include the Tunnelers. Iain now lives in Ypres.
